Das Dashboard als Startpunkt

Nach dem Öffnen der App zeigt das Dashboard sofort, was diese Woche ansteht. Aktuelle Projekte, bevorstehende Absenzen und neue Benachrichtigungen erscheinen auf einen Blick. Kein Scrollen durch alte Mails, kein Suchen in Gruppenchats. Der Disponent plant im Büro über die Web-App, und die Mitarbeitenden draussen sehen ihre Einsätze direkt auf dem Handy.

Kalender mit Tages-, Wochen- und Monatsansicht

Der persönliche Kalender ist das Herzstück der App. In der Monatsansicht erkennt man sofort, welche Tage belegt sind. Die Wochenansicht zeigt für jeden Tag die zugewiesenen Projekte, die benötigten Arbeitsmittel und allfällige Notizen. In der Tagesansicht wird es richtig konkret: Hier sieht man die Projektdetails, die Arbeitszeiten und vor allem, mit wem man zusammen eingeteilt ist. Wer auf welcher Baustelle arbeitet, ist damit für alle transparent, ohne Rückfragen.

Teamübersicht: Wer ist heute wo?

Neben dem eigenen Kalender bietet die App eine Übersicht über alle Mitarbeitenden. Die Tagesansicht zeigt auf einen Blick, wer wo im Einsatz ist. Über die Suchfunktion lässt sich ein bestimmter Mitarbeiter finden und dessen Buchungen direkt einsehen. Für Projektleiter und Disponenten spart das Zeit, weil die Information nicht mehr per Telefon zusammengetragen werden muss.

Buchungen direkt aus der App erstellen

Neue Einsätze lassen sich nicht nur im Büro planen, sondern auch direkt über die mobile App erfassen. Ein Projektleiter auf der Baustelle kann einen neuen Einsatz erstellen, Projekt und Zeitfenster auswählen und speichern. Die Buchung ist sofort für alle sichtbar. Das ist besonders nützlich, wenn sich vor Ort etwas ändert und ein zusätzlicher Einsatz nötig wird.

Push-Benachrichtigungen bei Änderungen

Ändert sich etwas an den eigenen Buchungen, informiert die App per Push-Benachrichtigung. Neue Zuteilungen, Verschiebungen oder Stornierungen erscheinen sofort auf dem Sperrbildschirm. Das ersetzt das morgendliche Mail mit der Frage, ob sich etwas geändert hat. Jeder hat den aktuellen Stand, ohne aktiv nachfragen zu müssen.

Anyone who plans deployments knows the situation: the schedule is set, but changes get communicated by phone or WhatsApp, buried among dozens of other messages. The new mobile deployment planning app closes exactly this gap. What gets planned in the office is instantly visible on the smartphone, for every employee, at any time.

The dashboard as your starting point

When the app opens, the dashboard immediately shows what is coming up this week. Current projects, upcoming absences and new notifications appear at a glance. No scrolling through old emails, no searching group chats. The dispatcher plans in the office via the web app, and the team in the field sees their assignments directly on their phone.

Calendar with daily, weekly and monthly views

The personal calendar is the core of the app. The monthly view shows at a glance which days are booked. The weekly view displays the assigned projects, required tools and equipment, and any notes for each day. The daily view gets really specific: it shows project details, working hours and, most importantly, who you are assigned with. Who is working on which job site becomes transparent for everyone, without having to ask.

Team overview: Who is where today?

Besides your own calendar, the app provides an overview of all employees. The daily view shows at a glance who is deployed where. The search function lets you find a specific colleague and view their bookings directly. For project managers and dispatchers, this saves time because information no longer needs to be gathered by phone.

Create bookings directly from the app

New deployments can be created not only in the office but also directly through the mobile app. A project manager on site can create a new assignment, select the project and time slot, and save it. The booking is immediately visible to everyone. This is especially useful when something changes on site and an additional deployment becomes necessary.

Push notifications for changes

When something changes in your bookings, the app sends a push notification. New assignments, reschedulings or cancellations appear immediately on the lock screen. This replaces the morning email asking whether anything has changed. Everyone has the current status without having to actively check.

What this means in practice

Mobile deployment planning does not change how planning is done, but how the plan reaches people. Dispatchers save themselves the individual calls and emails when things change.
