The next addition to codeto one is absence management: employees request absences such as holidays or compensation directly in the app. The request runs through codeto report and follows a clear approval process.
As soon as an absence is requested or approved, it appears automatically in the planning view of codeto plan, including its current approval status. Dispatching and planning immediately see who is available and when.
This removes follow-up questions and duplicate work. We will make this feature available from autumn 2026.
Outlook
Suggestions for time tracking are generated automatically from the scheduled assignments. Employees only confirm or adjust them instead of entering everything from scratch. This saves time and ensures consistent data.
