Yes. codeto can be tested free of charge for 30 days (or slightly longer if desired). Upon request, we can provide support with a demo so that the test can be carried out in a structured manner.

How does the price of the three models differ?

codeto plan is billed in tiers based on the number of managed employees (CHF 20 to 350 per month). codeto report and codeto one are billed per active user (CHF 10 and CHF 12 per user and month respectively). App and web access are included in all models.

What applies to larger companies or an ERP integration?

From around 100 employees, we move away from the standard pricing model and create an individual enterprise offer tailored to your company size and processes. The same applies to special integration requirements, such as connecting to an existing ERP system. Together we clarify scope, effort and costs and find a solution that fits your existing system landscape. Can I have interfaces to any industry solution?

In principle, yes: a connection does not fail because of us. We offer a ready-made standard interface to Volta, so that employee, project and order data is transferred automatically and stays up to date in both systems. The interface to EXTRO is currently in progress. For other industry solutions, we assess a connection provided that the respective solution allows an interface. In these cases, they are individual solutions that involve additional effort and corresponding costs. We are happy to clarify together what is possible in your case.

When can I terminate the contract?

Termination is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of each quarter.

How many employees can be managed with codeto?

codeto is designed for businesses from 4 employees up to several hundred. The platform scales with the business and can be flexibly adapted to different team sizes. The pricing model is based on the number of active users.

How long does the implementation of codeto take?
