We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss data protection laws (nDSG), the European Union (GDPR), and this Privacy Policy.
- Collection and Processing of Personal Data
You can generally visit our website without providing any personal information. Personal data such as name, address, or email address is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, through a contact request.
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract fulfillment), (c) (legal obligation), and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.

Our website is hosted by Hostpoint. The website was created with Webflow.
Our software solutions and databases are operated via Microsoft Azure in Europe. Accounting is handled via Bexio.
Cloud services: We use Google Workspace and ClickUp for managing and storing personal data.
- Tracking and Analytics
Google Analytics: To analyze the use of our website, we use Google Analytics. Google processes the data on our behalf on servers within the EU/EEA or the USA.
Google Tag Manager: We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. It does not process personal data itself.
Use is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Cookies:
Our website uses cookies for user convenience, optimization of our offering, and market research. When visiting our website, you can decide via a cookie banner which cookies you wish to allow.
- Embedded Content
YouTube videos are embedded on our website. The operator of the respective plugins is YouTube LLC, USA. When calling up a page with an integrated YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established.
- Newsletter
We currently do not offer a newsletter service. If we use it in the future (e.g., via Klaviyo), we will obtain your explicit consent and inform you about data processing in the context of newsletter dispatch.
- Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Disclosure of personal data to third parties occurs only if necessary for contract fulfillment or if you have given explicit consent. Appropriate data processing agreements have been concluded with service providers.

Currently, no EU representative has been appointed, as our activities are not primarily focused on the EU. If our activities change, we will appoint an EU representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is always available on our website. In case of material changes, we will inform users by email or upon their next visit to the website.
